These terms govern your use of artandal.com (the “Site”) and of CSF Publisher, operated by Artists & Algorithms, Inc (“Artists & Algorithms”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or CSF Publisher, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

The Site describes our studio, our productions and our services. You may view and share its pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unless we say otherwise, the text, images, video, logos and other material on the Site belong to Artists & Algorithms or its licensors, and you may not copy, modify, republish or sell them without our written permission.
CSF Publisher is our internal application for producing our own video content and publishing it to YouTube and other platforms. Only Artists & Algorithms staff and people we authorise use it, and only to manage channels and accounts that we own or operate. It is not offered to the public.
If you are authorised to use CSF Publisher, you agree to:
– use it only for Artists & Algorithms work, and only with channels and accounts you are permitted to manage for us;
– keep your sign-in details private, and tell us at once about any unauthorised use;
– not try to access data, channels or accounts that you are not authorised to use, or interfere with how CSF Publisher works;
– follow the terms and policies of each platform you publish to.
CSF Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to CSF Publisher, or by using CSF Publisher to publish to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The owner of a connected channel can withdraw CSF Publisher’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
When CSF Publisher publishes to another platform (for example Instagram, Facebook or TikTok), that platform’s own terms also apply to the content and to the account it is published through.
Our https://www.artandal.com/privacy-policy explains what information we collect through the Site and CSF Publisher, and how we use and protect it.
Content that we produce and publish remains the property of Artists & Algorithms or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any content to you. Third-party names, trademarks and logos belong to their owners.
The Site and CSF Publisher are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site or CSF Publisher will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, Artists & Algorithms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or CSF Publisher. Our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site or CSF Publisher after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, CA.
